Job Description


The Publicis Media Partnerships team creates value for clients through global media agency brands and scaled capabilities across investment, strategy, insights and analytics, data and technology, commerce, performance marketing, and content by harnessing the power of the modern media landscape to drive one-to-one consumer engagement at scale.

Critical to this mission is the collaborative approach across the entire Publicis Groupe (Publicis Communications, Publicis Sapient, Publicis Media, Publicis Health, Epsilon), our clients and external marketing partners. The Director, PMX Global Partnerships will be at the forefront of delivering this vision as a key member of the team in building strategic and commercial and go-to-market approaches, managing key partner relationships and driving partner activation workstreams across the organization.

This position offers an unmatched opportunity to work closely with executive leadership across Publicis Groupe and be at the forefront of business transformation with regards to partnership management and strategy for our client and agency teams. The Director is responsible for supporting strategy development with key partners and maintaining consistent workstreams across key stakeholders in PMX – Verified, Measurement and Analytics, Marketplace Intelligence, Enablement, Brand Standards, Commerce and more.

The Partnership team consists of experienced media planners, buyers and negotiators coming from a diverse agency, ad tech and sales background to ensure high quality of Partnership management across the marketplace. To be successful, you understand both the language of media and marketing strategic principles and the need for strong partnership management, with the ability to simplify the complex though client engagements, content distribution, and senior level meetings. The ideal candidate is a market maker and thought leader who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and competitive environment with a focus on success.

Role Objectives:

  • Lead and support strategic vision across key Partnerships, developing joint business plans inclusive of product development, internal stakeholders, and success metrics
  • Align with senior agency leadership on partner needs inclusive of media investment, marketing technology, and product development
  • Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders within the Digital Center of Excellence on key projects and high priority business needs.
  • Establish and accelerate operational excellence to deliver successful business outcomes in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with key Global stakeholders to help build a unified infrastructure for service delivery and product adoption.
  • Mentor and manage staff personal and professional development, nurture additional intradepartmental needs
  • Proactively identify Partner opportunities though data, research, and insights
  • Represent and support the ethos of Publicis Media

Qualifications
  • 7+ years digital media experience
  • Experienced market leader well versed in strategic and tactical media applications and platform nuances
  • Partnership development and management across key channels including but not limited to platforms, social, and emerging media.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Critical thinker that can move quickly, juggle a high-volume workflow, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow through.
  • Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional Information


Compensation Range: $121,000 - $191,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
