Can you wear many hats and spin plates on a stick at the same time you are riding a uni-cycle?

You might be exactly who we are looking for.

As a busy couple with three teenagers (two drivers), who run a large business from our home, we are constantly drowning in contractors, calendars, cardboard and nagging tasks. The time for managing appointments, flights, and hotels is exactly zero but essential for our lives to run easily.

The ideal candidate will be prompt, positive, self-motivated (look around and SEE what needs to be done and do it without being asked), efficient, highly organized and have a working knowledge of google drive, google suite and can interact with people with a positive attitude.

MUST have own transportation and a clean driving record, a smart phone and be confident in a busy and time-sensitive environment. Not all work will be in office. Often times errands are necessary, often work can be done at home with the proper equipment, which we will provide.

This is a marriage between a house manager, a personal assistant, an executive assistant. There is great opportunity to grow with the company if that is of interest, the challenge would be to replace one's self.

After two failed candidates I now have DEAL BREAKERS:

1. I will NOT fight with your phone for your attention.

2. I can not have lazy, low-energy entitled people in my space.

3. MUST have a solid command of excel and google sheets. I challenge you to teach me something.

4. This should be a bit of a symbiotic mentorship where You might find better and more efficient ways of doing things. The ideal candidate will be confident enough to ask if we've thought of trying it "this way ..."

1. Someone who gets hives at the site of disorder and needs to create order.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
