If you have experience in the Scanning or Data Entry Processing field in a production environment, this opportunity Is for you. Professional Document Systems, a leading provider of document management solutions, is seeking data entry / scanning staff in our area.
Responsibilities: Sort, classify and prepare documents for scanning,
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time and must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move boxes up to 40 lbs as part of the scanning process.
Computer literate with typing speed of at least 45 wpm with high accuracy is crucial
Candidate must be able to pass a background check.
Bilingual is a plus ( Spanish/English)
This is a 2nd shift position - Monday -Friday - 2:45pm - 11:45pm
