Full Job Description
We are seeking a hotel maintenance technician with 3 years of experience. The maintenance engineer is in charge of the day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance needs of a hotel with 85 guest rooms, indoor pool and common areas. The position typically assures that the facility and its contents--including fixtures, plumbing, electrical, door locks, refrigeration and HVAC system--work properly, and comply with all Hilton standards and local, state and federal regulations.

Estimated payment breakdown ~$1675.00-$1747.00/wk* ~$576.00-$648.00 in weekly taxable income ~$16.00/hr-$18.00/hr* Estimate assumes an 12 hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.
Base Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential. Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed. Clean windows and glass doors.
