Engineering Manager

Paramount Tool is a growing automation machine builder in search of an Engineering Manager. This is a new position and the individual applying should be highly self-motivated looking for new challenges in a fast-paced work environment. The machines designed at Paramount cover a wide range of disciplines from automotive to residential. Listed below are a few key requirements for the job.

• Strong working knowledge of Solidworks design package.
• Ability to lead and grow a machine design team starting with four people.
• Knowledge of how specialty automation machine’s function.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a variety of different people.
• Ability to approve designs from outside firms.
• Work with program managers to delegate work within the design team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,940.00 - $110,000.00 per year
