Pay Rate: $12.75 per hour.

Purpose of Position:

• The Packer is responsible for packing the appropriate number of frozen corndogs in boxes using proper equipment and procedures. This role works closely with the department supervisors, other department leads and processing employees, in order to accomplish accuracy within the processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products.

• Visually inspect and grade product to determine grade for production lines.
• Communicate with Supervision, Lead personnel, and co-workers for assistance regarding assigned task(s), rotation, and production issues.
• Must be able to perform repetitive grasping; work in a cold, damp environment
• Some positions required lifting 15 to 45 pounds on a frequent basis
• Some position may require to be able to push or pull 5 to 45 pounds
• Some positions require repeated bending and stooping
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs.) on concrete/metal grated floor
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Perform other duties as assigned
