Perfectionist Holu proprietor & founder had always been seeking for a “Perfect Combination” of Asian Barbeque, Classic American Style Steak, and Full Range Of Drinks. Eventually, all the efforts turned to build up a unique work ( Holu ), which produces “Meat & Drinks Feast”. Holu Concept is accompanied by the highest quality USDA Certified Angus Prime Level “Dry-Aged Beef” & American Wagyu & Japanese A5 Wagyu , which come along with rich variety of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and a suite of Classic Old Fashioned & New Era Creative cocktails.

The prime beef cuts from our in-house dry aging room along with other fine rare wagyu cuts are cooked by guests themselves on Ceramic Charcoal Smokeless High-End Grills on every tabletop. Every morsel of steak would be caramelized perfectly to how foodies like it to be, and it would make every bite hot, fresh, tasty, juicy, and blasting!

Besides Holu’s signature beef cuts on grills and delightful drinks, Japanese Cuisine Entrees and seafoods will be counted as the significant parts of our “Carnival Feast & “Symphony Of Taste”.

Holu ( Asian Prime SteakHouse ) is an upscale fine dining restaurant, we prepare fresh/dry aged high-end steaks in front of guests on table, and servers help cook steaks on tabletop grills for guests. We’re looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the art of presentation to join our team as a Fine Dining Server. You should pride yourself on flawless execution, as you may assist with plating in addition to providing exceptional table service to our customers and maintaining table appearance. You stand for our Brand Image.

Previous work with High-End SteakHouse culinary institutions is appreciated.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 2 years + experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have full schedule availability
  • Must be team player with effective communication with manager, chefs and bar staffs.
  • Must be able to and willing to learn the knowledge of both “steak” & “steak cooking”.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated and well-spoken individual who is knowledgeable about both our style/culture and our cuisine.
  • Knowledge of wine paring is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide the highest quality of customer service and hospitality ( Be warm, knowledgeable, interactive, noticeable and professional to guests ).
  • Maintain station cleanliness, and understand the proper standards of clearing a table.
  • PROFESSIONALLY GRILL THE STEAK CUTS AT TABLE TOP.
  • PAY 100% ATTENTION TO YOUR TABLES, AND WATCH THE STEAKS ON GRILL.
  • Receive and remember orders; watch the time interval between each dishes; Direct guests with our designed “eating order”.
  • Become familiar with and menu, ingredients, and kitchen preparations
  • Introduce each dishes to guest professionally.
  • Learn the POS and ordering systems comprehensively and use all software with confidence.

Holu Offers Competitive Income!

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
