Job Description

Coopertown Services located in Memphis, TN is currently hiring for a full-time Fireplace / Chimney Tech Assistant to assist our skilled chimney sweeps and learn every aspect of the position. This full-time entry-level apprentice position earns a competitive pay of $20 per hour for those who have a valid driver's license and $18 per hour for those without.

DAY-TO-DAY

Our entry-level Fireplace / Chimney Tech Assistant is essential to the success of our business! Each day, as an apprentice, you help with several tasks that range from cleaning the truck and helping with maintenance and chimney cleaning jobs, to helping with wildlife control. You pride yourself in your exceptional time management skills, and your ability to connect with a variety of people and personality types. These skills directly help you provide top-notch customer service! You are eager to learn and take every opportunity to soak up new knowledge and skills. Being a fast learner means you are capable of adapting, thinking outside of the box, and can apply new skills right away. Ultimately, you help ensure the success of our team, and you know this entry-level position is just the first step toward a fulfilling career!

Cooperstown Services is a family-owned business that has been servicing chimneys and performing wildlife control for 45 years. From cleaning, sealing, and repairing flue components, we do it all.
