Floor Techs are an integral part of our team, helping to change the lives of our residents lives. As a housekeeper you will perform the following job duties:
· Establish and maintain a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
· Ensure the cleanliness of floors by using various equipment to buff, wax, strip, shampoo and clean floors and carpets.
· Promptly responds to emergency patient/resident situations, notifying immediate supervisor as required
· Function as an effective member of the team by completing assignments in a timely manner. Be an effective team member by creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the facility.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of experience as a Floor Tech is preferred
· Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required
Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
