Traveling Foreman - Direct Hire

Traveling Nation Wide - 100% Travel (3 Weeks/Month)

Hourly Rate: $43.33/hour + OT opprotunity + Per Diem (Averages $95K/Year)

Responsibilities:

• Managing an onsite crew of 4-6 direct reports.
• Operating large heavy equipment in a safe manner in different work environments.
• Enforcing safety protocols, procedures, and continued training for your crew.
• Ensure your projects are on track to meet deadlines.
• Helping with installations, equipment operations, and labor as needed.
• Reading project plans and accurately executing to completion.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Class A Driver's License (Airbrake cert is a plus but not required)
• Be OSHA 10+ Certified (Will help you gain your OSHA 30 Certification)
• Have at least 10+ years of experience as a qualified tradesperson
• 5+ years as a construction foreman/site lead
• 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, skid steer, and wheel loader
• Ability/willingness to travel up to 100% throughout the U.S.
