THIS ROLE REQUIRES 6 WEEKS OF IN-OFFICE TRAINING (Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM) PRIOR TO THE START OF THE REMOTE SCHEDULE.
The training will be head in our local AZ office (200 W Tremont Ave Suite 200 Charlotte, NC 28203).
When training is completed, there will be hybrid availability during normal business days at management discretion.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary function of a Freight Broker (Carrier Sales Rep) at ELITE is to broker and manage our clients’ freight, using our innovative, technology-driven processes. As a CSR, you will be responsible for negotiating the most competitive rates for our client’s shipping needs, while also maintaining responsibility for successful delivery of each client’s freight. You will build carrier relationships within your assigned territory and grow mutually beneficial relationships with partner carriers with the goal of securing consistent capacity at more competitive rates and at the highest possible service levels. The work of a CSR is critical to reinforcing the brand promise of ELITE — to provide every client with industry-leading on-time delivery (OTD) rates and exceptional customer service at competitive prices.
