Job Description

We are a growing, three Doctor, high quality, privately owned Family and Cosmetic Dental Practice. Our office offers a fun working environment and takes great care of our patients. We are looking for a long-term front desk associate with some experience in dental front desk responsibilities and some dental assisting skills to fill in for our clinical team. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is friendly, self-motivated and takes pride in their work. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills, is dependable, has a professional appearance and attitude as well as someone who loves dentistry and is passionate about helping patients care for their oral health. Although experience would be helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate for this position.

Qualifications:

· Dental Front Office experience (preferred)

· Proficient with numbers and computers

· Excellent phone and social skills

· Trust worthy, organized, detail oriented and energetic

· Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently

· Dependable team player who is flexible and a fast learner

· Provides a great first impression

· Some dental clinical assisting skills preferred

Duties:

· Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments

· Insurance billing/verification

· Presenting treatment plans and communicating financial arrangements

· Educating patients on the importance of their oral health

· Schedule appointments in consideration of production and capacity

· Following up on outstanding treatment, oversees daily schedule and assisting with meeting office financial goals

· As needed, chair-side dental assisting during procedures, sterilizing, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays...

Pay rate is based on experience. M-FR. No evenings or weekends.
