The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients with a smile, answering phones with enthusiasm, coordinating the staff and clients with expert organizational skill, and maintaining a calm sense of order. You will be expected to maintain detailed knowledge of our plethora of services, and to provide in depth information to educate our clients. You will also be expected to steer the clients to the appropriate services and packages that will benefit them most. Additionally, the best candidate will be expected to display a consistent attention to detail when booking appointments, checking clients in, and collecting the correct payment for services provided. Cross-selling skills are also invaluable, as many of our services lend themselves easily to being blended together for greater effect.
Previous front desk reception experience is not required, but is preferred.
