Foot & ankle surgeons office hiring for front desk receptionist. MUST HAVE medical office experience. Will ONLY consider those with experience in billing & coding; orthopedics or podiatry experience highly recommended. Responsibilities include but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, daily deposit logs, prior authorizations, verifying insurances, scanning, preparing daily superbills, managing incoming & outgoing referrals. Must be reliable and extremely patient with all types of personalities. Very fast paced, organized environment that requires multi-tasking and able to handle high stress situations. Extreme organization and efficiency an absolute must. Pay negotiable based on experience. 35 hours per week.
