Health Star is a multi-doctor practice is looking to add another associate to our front desk team. A minimum of 1 year medical front desk experience is requested.

Some Insurance Verification Knowledge Preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting patients.
Intake forms.
Checking insurance benefits.
Collecting copayments, deductibles, and performing financials for insurance and cash services.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Reminder calls.
Data entry.
Helping patients with paperwork.
Keeping the equipment and surrounding areas clean.
Miscellaneous tasks.
Pay:
This position pays $13-$18 per hour based on ability and experience. Benefits:

Clinic Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30:a-1:00p & 3:00p-6:00p and Friday 8:00-a1:00p. Associates rotate Saturdays from 9:00a-11:00a and we only see existing patients on Saturdays.
Miscellaneous:
Our state of the art facility is in Montgomery and consist of approximately 15 dedicated staff members who work for the benefit of our patients. We focus on positive attitudes, team work, and going the extra mile to treat patients like family. We work closely and try to have fun as we help lots of patients. For this reason our staff has adopted a NO EMPLOYEE DRAMA ALLOWED policy.
