We are seeking an upbeat and motivated individual to add to our Front Desk team!
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with clients in person and on the phone, has good computer skills, and is able to multitask on occasion. Other job duties include maintaining the lobby area, scheduling clients, responding to emails, and hanging out with some pretty adorable pets.
We are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Front Desk staff are typically scheduled from 7:50 am until 6:15 pm with two paid 15 minute breaks and an hour for lunch.
