We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to provide professional and friendly support to our guests. Our ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor and the ability to work alongside other staff members in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have adequate experience handling customers concerns and questions, including product recommendations, scheduling appoitments and familiarizing themselves with our accommodations and services offered.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in person and over the phone
• Product Sales
• Memorize services and products
• Book apppoinments and fill staffs schedule with services.
• Be able to explain procedures and answer basic questions regarding services.
• Answer phone, emails and messages
• Order inventory and shelve products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
