OVERVIEW:
Receives callers at the body shop, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination while providing administrative support and assistance in preparation of office calendars, memos and various correspondences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to adapt to new responsibilities for changing circumstances.
Be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize them daily
Manage and monitor development of schedule on a daily basis
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deal with both simple and complex enquiries from internal and external customers in a professional manner, following established procedures, and ensuring all relevant facts and information that is needed is recorded and passed on
Greet and direct customers to the correct writer/CSR, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to the writer/CSR.
Answers incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Directs the caller to the appropriate individual or takes a thorough message for a returned phone call..
Collect all monies owed per notes in CCC repair order
Ability to produce digital copies of files and documents for company records and operational needs daily
Ensure adherence to all of the Toyota of Greensboro SOP’s.
Continuously strive to improve efficiency in the facility and the overall operation of Toyota of Greensboro.
Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management
REQUIREMENTS:
No prior experience or training.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Valid driver's license.
