TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, and Cleveland, along with our corporate offices in Columbus.

TNT Services has an immediate need for our growing Power Washing Department. TNT Services is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate who is ready to learn a new trade.

We are looking for power washers to clean trucks and commercial facilities. Most people do not come with power washing experience and that is okay! We will train you! Some people who enjoy this role come from previous construction, valet parking, window cleaning, roofers, landscaping or other physical laborer positions, and occasionally some warehouse, factory, and manufacturing workers. Power Wash Technicians- (Delivery Driver, delivering a power washing service).

This position does come with a $1,000.00 RETENTION BONUS, breakdown of retention bonus listed below (limited to qualified drivers).

Power Wash Technicians Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Operate power wash equipment cleaning customers equipment (anything on wheels; light duty, heavy trucks) both interior and exterior, as well as commercial power washing of flat surface concrete, and buildings.
• Responsible for completion of daily route
• Responsible for trouble shooting of power was equipment.
• Relationship Focused
• Work is performed in all sorts of environments, conditions, weather, and seasons. Work is physical, and endurance-based with prolonged and repeated: lifting (up to 50 lbs) bending, twisting, standing, climbing, crawling, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and crouching.
• Power Wash Competitive Salary $20.00 per hour (with opportunity for incentivized pay structure earning up to $22 per hour average)
• Shift Differential pay
• Retention Bonus (Power Wash Driver status: paid out incremental with active status with the company)
• $200.00 at 30 days, $300.00 at 90 days, and $500 at 6 months

We require our power washers to meet the following insurance requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean MVR report (max 4 points on license)
• This role does NOT require any forklift training, manufacturing experience or supply chain experience.

If you do not meet the above criteria, we still have a place for you! We are also hiring for Wash Bay Technicians and Detail Technicians who clean the inside and outside of commercial trucks as they come through the wash bay and/or through our mobile services.

Wash Bay Lead/Technicians (but not limited to):

• Working the retail counter
• Invoicing and/or producing a bill for the customer
• Power Washing customer trucks as they come through the wash bay
• Providing customer service
• Other duties as needed.
• Wash Bay Competitive Salary $15.00 per hour
• Shift Differential pay

Detail Technician (but not limited to):

• Cleaning the interior and exterior of customer's units
• Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle
• Clean engine and engine compartment
• Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
• Polishing aluminum, decal removal, and degreasing
• Painting rims and frames and other detail services
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles.
• Operate all tools in a safe manner.
• Detailer Competitive Salary $15.00 per hour (up to $16 pending experience and driver status)

ALL positions require:

• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Housekeeping of work area
• For driving positions, per insurance requirements one must be at least 22 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR report (maximum number of 4 points on license)
• Construction and/or landscaping experience preferred. (Will train the right candidate)
