Elder Care Homecare is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Manager for our NYC Clientele.

We are looking for a New York State Registered Nurse to help support our clients and Caregivers as we continue to grow our business! We dedicate ourselves to improving our seniors' quality of life, supporting our Caregivers and Nurses out in the field, and cultivating a great environment with one another!

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Clientele that is assigned for your care
• Creating and maintaining relationships with our Caregivers and Nurses caring for your client
• Executing, implementing, and updating the Plan of Care for the client, ensuring the Caregiver is aware of changes
• Home Visits when needed
• Onboarding prospect clients
• Monitoring Discharge from Hospital, SNF, or Rehab
• Completing administrative paperwork in accordance with our policy and NYS DOH

Qualifications

• NYS Registered Nurse with Up to Date License
• Ability to work from home efficiently when needed
• Must feel comfortable clinically training RNs and Caregivers on-site to their respective duties for their clients
