Job Overview

Batch is in search of hosts to be the first and last impression of the Batch Experience. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, brings energy and a smile to every shift and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage phone services — take reservations and takeout orders as well as answering questions about the restaurant and services
• Genuinely greet guests upon arrival
• Monitor servers and the tables they are responsible for
• Assist servers with clean-up and table preparation during rush hours
• Seat guests and/or provide them with an estimated waiting time
• Shower our guests with Hospitality and make the wait as painless as possible
• Escort guests to tables and provide them with menus and information about daily specials
• Process payments made with cash or by card for take out orders
• Itemize receipt of purchases
• Manage & build our to go business
• Maintain exterior and interior of restaurant (sweeping, organizing menus, etc.)
