Manage credentials and compliance for two Specialty Providers.
Register providers with insurance companies. Keep license, liability insurance, and insurance registration information up to date with all payers. Register new providers as they join the practice. Create NPI accounts for practitioners as needed.
Work with insurance companies through their provider portals to ensure accurate and timely registration.
Some additional HR functions as needed.
Keep personnel credentials (record of annual physicals, record of annual performance reviews, disaster preparedness trainings, cultural competency trainings, etc.) up to date. Run background checks for employees, administer drug screenings, arrange CPR certification courses, etc.
Ensure compliance with survey requirements such as quarterly cleanings, disinfection requirements, monitoring of expired products, etc.
Must have experience credentialing providers with insurance companies, including clearinghouses, CAQH, etc. Must have experience with credential management.
