We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual for an Inside Sales Representative role. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Entering orders at the point of sale using the company computer system.
• Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person.
• Will work directly with Branch Managers/Inside Sales on developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Utilizing orientation to detail and organization skills to manage and increase sales with a high number of accounts.
• Performing inside sales functions including sales calls, order processing, problem solving, CRM entries and other assigned duties.
• Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
• Working with the respective Branch Manager to evaluate sales goals and increase revenue.
• Using organization skills and detail focus to manage customer accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent. (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.)
• 2 years of sales experience required.
• Basic computer knowledge, Internet use
• Experience with POOL/AQUATICS products preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required
• Able to a pass pre-employment drug test
