Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, competitive, enthusiastic, and positive person who wants to grow with our organization. We are looking for someone to use their creativity, perseverance, interpersonal and organizational skills to sell our Pest Control services to residential homeowners.


  • Work from our NEW Anaheim office with ability to incorporate a hybrid after training has been completed
  • Use phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, or any other creative methods of outreach to connect with potential customers
  • Track sales KPI’s to meet and exceed sales targets
  • No previous sales experience? No problem: you will be provided comprehensive training and ongoing support from industry veterans

  • Compensation is a competitive base salary plus UNCAPPED commission – we have a very attractive commission structure and want our sales team to be motivated to sell as much as they can

Requirements/Qualifications include:


  • Be a quick learner and have the desire to hunt & bring in new customers – all new business will be rewarded!
  • A “Sales” attitude
    • Prior Sales, Customer Service, and/or residential services experience a plus, but not required!
    • Prior Pest Control sales experience and pest control licensing a double plus, but also not required!
  • Solid phone skills – this position will require you to get on the phone, make cold calls to drum up new business, build relationships, and close sales with residential homeowners
  • Creativity when finding new target customers – we will provide you with lists to reach out to, but we give you the flexibility to find other opportunities through research on the internet, social media, LinkedIn, or any other platform that might be fruitful
  • We are looking for a self-starter who is hungry, able to work independently and wants to find their next career and make a lot of money in Pest Control Sales

Schedule

  • Full-time - 40 hours a week; Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
  • This position will be expected to work from our Anaheim Office

Expected Compensation

  • Base Pay plus uncapped commissions
