We are a growing health insurance agency seeking highly motivated and skilled Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. We are a small, tight-knit team operating in a beautiful 3,000 sq ft office space located in Deerfield Beach. Our agents are fully trained to ensure success, and our management team is always available and supportive.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid health insurance license (215 or 240).
• Proficient computer skills.
• This is a full-time in-office position, with the possibility of remote work once you have demonstrated a thorough understanding of our processes.
• Must be licensed in most (or preferably all) of the following states: DE, FL, GA, LA, MI, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Close sales efficiently and at a low cost.
• Learn quickly and adapt to our systems and processes.
• Be punctual and diligent with computer tasks.

Compensation:

• Commission-only with a sliding scale.
• Average agents earn $1,500 - $2,500 weekly.
