As an IT manager on our Mobile Native Applications (MNA) platform, you’ll lead a team of 12-14 developers, quality assurance analysts, business analysts, and system analysts. Using the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodology and the Scrum framework, you’ll deliver projects and lead platform-wide initiatives. Additionally, you’ll set the direction while advancing the delivery and operational capabilities for the MNA platform, ultimately improving the performance of the organization. This is a remote position with travel to an office for a meeting and or training.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
  • Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Preferred skills

  • Thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused, fast-paced platform employing modern Agile development techniques
  • Have experience using Lean techniques to improve processes and outcomes
  • Demonstrate a strong people orientation with a proven ability to create an environment that attracts, develops, and empowers high-performing individuals in a variety of roles
  • Leverage business acumen and a solid understanding of technology concepts in day-to-day decision making

Compensation

  • $121,590-$148,610/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
