What You’ll Do:
The Journeyman Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems and providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and company-sponsored programs.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Complete all general plumbing in-home service calls
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and service club agreements
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, summary of findings, and podium reviews

What We’d Like You to Have:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position. An Oregon General Journeyman's license is required. Knowledge of local plumbing codes. Residential service or installation experience is preferred.

• Wages for this position are $50-$55 per hour, plus bonus incentives. Our plumbers average between $120K- $160K a year!

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
