We are seeking a junior data analyst to work with our analytics team on data visualization and business analytics for all departments of the company. No prior work experience is necessary, this is an entry level position offering plenty of opportunities to learn more about data analysis and programs, specifically when applied to manufacturing and warehousing in a fast- paced and rapidly growing work environment.

Applicant must be a highly motivated individual with an ability to think analytically, have a solid mathematics foundation, an interest in business, and be comfortable applying their knowledge across different departments. They must be excited to learn, exceptionally organized, and understand the importance of deadlines and schedules. Must either be pursuing or have a Bachelor's Degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and at least 2 references. For consideration please include your favorite musician in the last line of your resume.

Other qualities that are a plus:

-Interest in the apparel industry

-Programming and/or coding skills

-Advanced experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI - understanding of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other key functions

-Fluent in Spanish and English

-Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in all divisions

This is a full time position, starting rate is $16/hour with medical and dental benefits, 401k, and overtime opportunities. Consideration for a raise after 60 days.
