We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer Junior to join our East Coast Design Studio in NY.

Pay Range: $65,000/yr - $80,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Primary Function:

Support the Art Director with forward-thinking print and digital creative that amplifies Maesa's exclusive brands. Partnering in planning, managing, and delivering strategic brand assets from concept through execution. Opportunities to develop presentations, packaging, advertising, in-store animations, collateral, digital, and video assets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand managers & marketing teams to conceptualize, design and develop brand identities and compelling digital assets.
  • Assist in the following design projects: design & trend research, mood boards, logo & brand identity, collateral design, packaging, advertisements, Digital and social media content.
  • Meet extremely tight deadlines while delivering quality design.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Power Point, Key Note
  • A passion for beauty, fashion and cosmetics
  • Superior typography & design skills
  • Strong awareness of design and social media trends
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Thrive under pressure while managing multiple projects
