Paving Laborer - Black Diamond Paving, LCC, A Division of Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating- A National Pavement Maintenance Provider

Our Hayward office is looking for motivated and talented people to join our Paving Crew. The ideal candidates must be skilled in the areas listed below, as well as being honest, confident, and enthusiastic. This job is full-time, M-F with occasional weekends required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with Paving processes & equipment (a paver, roller, bobcat, asphalt raking, etc.)
• Maintain acceptable, clean California Class C and/or Class A driver’s license (Class A license is a plus, but not required)
• Display safety consciousness, a strong work ethic, exceptional attitude & attendance traits.
• Demonstrate team skills on an ongoing basis.
• Be available to work weekends and out of town when necessary.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (or experience working in a bilingual environment)
• Must be able to pass the post offer drug test and MVR check.
