Job Title: Grounds/Greens Laborer

Reports to: Golf Course Superintendent

Located 11 miles from downtown Boston in Weston Massachusetts, Pine Brook Country Club enjoys a reputation as one of the finest private clubs in Massachusetts. Pine Brook offers a challenging, beautifully maintained 18-hole golf course. The Grounds/Greens laborer is an integral part of the Pine Brook team, ensuring the grounds/greens are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, dependable, team player. No experience is necessary, Pine Brook will provide staff uniform and meals.

**Please no phone calls; Looking for candidates with part-time availability for approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some weekend availability. Starting at $18/hour. **

Primary Responsibilities:

• Mowing - greens, tees, approaches, fairways, rough
• Bunking raking
• String trimming
• Push mowing - around tees and bunkers
• Rolling greens
• Tee service
• Other course maintenance as directed by the Superintendent

Required Skills:

• High school or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to perform heavy physical work; may be required to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly, performing such activities as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting.

Required Work Habits:

• Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness.

Working Conditions:

• Works primarily outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
