Position's Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the crew Foreman and physical labor to maintain beautiful landscapes for our clients. Technicians work in landscape maintenance or landscape enhancements to learn and improve their landscape maintenance and installation skills.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Properly use, maintain and care for equipment, tools and vehicles.
  • Equipment includes: mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws and tools needed to complete small landscape installation projects, mulching, sodding and landscape clean up projects.
  • Proficiently and safely use or work in close proximity with tools and equipment used to perform landscape maintenance or installation tasks.
  • Perform various landscape maintenance services and planting installations, independently or with team members.
  • Accurate Clock in and Clock out.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Is punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels.
  • Is a proactive, organized and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to work longer “peak-season” days and to make up missed work due to inclement weather as needed.
  • Ability to learn landscaping skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English language (Bilingual a plus)

Education and Experience

  • Some experience in Landscape Maintenance and/or Landscape installation helpful but not required (We will train you!)
  • Legally Authorized to Work in the United States (the company participates in E-Verify).
  • Helpful but not Required - Valid Driver’s License with driving record acceptable to company’s auto insurance carrier

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work up to 10 hours in a day in a variety of outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to safely use basic tools including, but not limited to: backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, mowers, edgers, and aerators.
  • Ability to lift, walk and/or carry loads up to 50 lbs on uneven terrain.
  • Have a full range of motion in the upper and lower body as well as be able to safely bend, stoop, lift, pull, push, squat and stand for long periods of time.
