The Lead Generation Specialist will be a key hands-on facilitator within the sales organization working directly with sales management, sales executives and marketing to implement innovative and nimble lead generation strategies and tactics that help identify, cultivate and secure new clients and partners. The Lead Generation Specialist will be a central member of our growing sales organization with exposure to frontline sales and business development strategies and tactics, sales training and professional development.
This Lead Generation Specialist will research markets and prospects and will lead, coordinate and execute direct outreach campaigns designed to develop qualified prospective client leads. The Lead Generation Specialist will help develop initial relationships through coordinated communications to ensure a smooth and effective handover to the direct sales team.

Responsibilities:
· Research lists of high potential prospects;
· Identify and provide daily outreach to potential new clients;
· Draft initial outreach communications and prepare responses to prospects’ questions;
· Maintain database of leads in CRM; and
· Assist in onboarding of new clients
· Identify opportunities to test new tools, resources and help improve systems
· Actively contribute to efforts to continuously improve lead generation performance
Required Skills:
· Excellent business writing and interpersonal skills;
· Ability to develop tailored and responsive outreach communications;
· Able to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail; and
· Exceptional follow-through and ability to meet deadlines
Experience and Education:
· Experience conducting secondary research (i.e., web and related sources);
· Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hubspot;
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; and
· Knowledge of SaaS or financial services helpful
