Job Title: LED Sport Lighting Project Manager

Job Summary:

The LED Sport Lighting Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall process of LED lighting and control system installation. The PM will assess existing lighting & related infrastructure, determine IES classification, produce a submittal package, submit application for rebate, handle material orders and coordination, oversee installation and troubleshoot, coordinate photography for quality verification, commission control system, teach clients, and submit final application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing existing lighting & related infrastructure of sports fields including voltage, mounting type, existing fixture count, pole heights, pole spacing, and pole elevation differences

- Producing a submittal package including proposal, rebate pre-application, drone footage of earlier successful installations, and other marketing materials

- Submitting the application for the rebate provider, securing the rebate amount

- Coordinating with the owner to order fixtures and any additional material necessary for installation

- Coordinating with sources of material to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse for inventorying

- Overseeing installation and troubleshooting any issues that may come up

- Coordinating photography to ensure quality of light on the field

- Commissioning the control system and teaching clients how to use it

- Submitting the final application for the rebate from the utility company

- Coordinating a final inspection with the utility to verify all work has been completed on time and as specified in the pre-application

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

- Experience in managing LED lighting projects

- Good working knowledge of various LED lighting systems

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
