The Chattahoochee Valley Libraries is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part Time Library Assistant. This is a 19 hour per week position in the Teen Department at Columbus Public Library.

All applicants must have a High School diploma or GED. Applicants must have a passion for public service and providing services to teens. Must show currency and proficiency with Internet searching and Microsoft Office applications; have a record of being responsible and dependable, and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, staff and the public. Working in the evening (until 8pm) and weekend rotations are required. Applicants who are bi-lingual or have prior library experience would be stand-out candidates.

Salary: $12.50 / hour
