Starting
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00
- $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Minimum $0.50 increase per certification
- $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
- $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
- Performance based increases
Shift: Must be open to 1st and 3rd shift
Position Overview
Our Integrated Cutting Line(ICL) team performs a variety of duties associated with the production of insulated siding including (but not limited to) sorting, inspecting, and packaging of products to assure a good, quality product is produced.
Essential Job Functions
- Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks such as lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, grip and walk as necessary during an 8 – 10 hour shift
- Visually inspect for any quality defects
- Able to read and interpret a ruler
- Foster teamwork and demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety requirements
- Desire to be cross trained in other areas or job duties
