Responsible for selling financial products and services to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products
Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients utilizing advertising campaigns, mailing lists, and person contact through proactive efforts
  • Develop prospect from current banking customers, referral leads, and other sources.
  • Interview clients to determine financial position: assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives.
  • Build financial plans for clients, analyze potential outcomes, help clients choose a path given their specific financial situation.
  • Sell financial products and service to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the finance industry
  • Series 6/7 and 65 preferred
  • A proven proactive-sales personality, work ethic and attitude with 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the financial services industry is required.
  • Ability to source new business leads and follow-through to the sale is expected. Series 6/7 preferred.
