Responsible for selling financial products and services to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients utilizing advertising campaigns, mailing lists, and person contact through proactive efforts
- Develop prospect from current banking customers, referral leads, and other sources.
- Interview clients to determine financial position: assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives.
- Build financial plans for clients, analyze potential outcomes, help clients choose a path given their specific financial situation.
- Sell financial products and service to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products.
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the finance industry
- Series 6/7 and 65 preferred
- A proven proactive-sales personality, work ethic and attitude with 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the financial services industry is required.
- Ability to source new business leads and follow-through to the sale is expected. Series 6/7 preferred.
