Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As the Logistics Processor, the ideal candidate will assist with the processing, sorting, shipping, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing company mail. The Logistics Processor will also ensure that all mail reaches the necessary departments as needed and oversee all incoming and outgoing client mail and email. In addition, the Logistics Processor will also travel outside of the office to gather supplies as needed, maintain the organization of all forms of correspondence that comes through Quest internally and externally, and oversee client mail flow.

  • Maintain and input a record of all mails received using File Explorer and Salesforce to identify date or receipt, and where it came from and who it is from
  • Fill in relevant details in the distribution and shipping forms, providing accurate information to ensure that all mail is delivered to the right people/locations
  • Scan and send any legal documents to clients via email
  • Maintain supply inventory, including shipping and mailing envelopes, boxes, markers, forms stickers, and tape
  • Identify incoming mail regarding clients
  • Research and contact client with copies of received mail
  • Additional projects assigned as needed by different departments such as labeling and mail outs
  • Assist as a backup for incoming calls from the Front Desk as directed
  • Cross train with the Front Desk Department
  • Processing all outgoing mail for the company
  • Delivering mail to both departments and individuals and ensuring all relevant parties sign off on them
  • Performs other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma is required
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related

Skills & Qualifications

  • Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient with File Explorer
  • Must be adaptable
  • Possesses the ability to work with peripheral devices such as scanners, cameras, card readers, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
