Kelly Building & Development Company is searching for an experience facility maintenance tech that is a self-motivated and driven individual with experience in home or apartment maintenance. This individual will work closely with property manager to perform various apartment complex maintenance and construction related tasks. Part Time 15-20 Hours / 2-3 Days a Week. Flexible schedule as long as it's consistent.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Miscellaneous maintenance - light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, painting, drywall patching, minor carpentry, HVAC preventative maintenance etc.
• Waste Disposal - Ability to operate electric pallet jack - drive dumpsters outside for weekly pickup
• Common area cleaning
• Possess general knowledge of construction practices.
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures related to safety.
• General knowledge of home / apartment complex maintenance and repairs and related facility maintenance.
• Attention to detail.
• Communcation with Building Residents to help coordinate maintenance requests.
