Position Summary:

Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Senior Management Analyst supporting our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support Contract. This position will work with our team at The Pentagon, located in Arlington, Virginia.

Duties Include:

• Manage JUONS/JEONS for the Army in a Joint Service Environment.

• Coordinate regular/emergency meetings to discuss current and future needs for the JUONS/JEONS.

• Draft EXSUMS and provide suggestions on courses of action for senior leaders to evaluate the situation and make decisions.

• Manage equipment lifecycle reports.

• Manage classified equipment accountability.

• Coordinate with senior management and security officials for classified access.

• Coordinate international engagements across the Army G-3/5/7, Army Staff, and other DoD organizations as appropriate.

• Coordinate and support all G-3/5/7 ODA hosted Integrated Product Teams, meetings, and events as needed.

• Conduct research and prepare position papers and briefings for key leaders to understand and make informed decisions in a timely manner.

• Coordinate as appropriate across the Headquarters Staff to support the decision-making process of the Army.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least two (2) years of Army experience with HQDA staff time preferred.

Required Clearance/Other:

• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Standard Office Software Products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, Power Point and Outlook.

• Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.

• Must be able to clearly articulate such analysis through both oral and written communication.

• Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.

• Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.

• Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
