Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce experienced, creative, forward-thinking, and organized marketing manager to join our team. In this position, you will develop and execute the social media and digital marketing strategy to reach target goals from brand awareness, product sales and customer loyalty.

Kailee P Inc is the one-stop shoe & accessories online retailer, destination for women, kids and all your special event styling. Wedding shoes are our specialty, but we love any excuse styling for a good party! Our mission is to provide customers with selection of affordable products at competitive prices, while delivering exceptional service and style. Many of our styles are made to order and embellished by hand with love in our facility. We are committed to growing our business and expanding our product offerings.

The right candidate MUST be able to convey company message and goal with clarity through consistent and meaningful content on all social media platforms. The right candidate will also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, metrics, principles, and tactics. You should have excellent organization and prioritization skills to handle all our social media and marketing efforts in a cohesive way. Key Responsibilities

· Strategize to develop and create contents that will drive brand awareness, social engagement, increase web traffic, and DTC sales

  • Execute photography and video contents/ campaigns for all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Strategize and execute weekly newsletters campaign using Klaviyo platform to achieve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships or campaigns with social/ influencers or boutiques for content planning across social platforms with a focus on storytelling, sensational content, and video.
  • Create graphics to develop impactful visuals to support campaigns on social media, newsletters, and ads.
  • Monitor and analyze all available metrics to prove effectiveness, to ensure company growth and goals are met
  • Report KPIs and ROIs to company owners weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Build, execute, and optimize social media and paid ads strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Daily monitor, engage, and moderate user-generated content (UGC) and messages appropriately across all social media platforms based on company and community policies
  • Forecast and manage a robust monthly performance marketing budget.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance to ensure maximize key business KPIs and ROIs
  • Stay on top of video trends and technology
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

  • Excellent presence and ability to communicate on camera
  • Excellent ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects at once and be flexible when timelines and priorities shift.
  • Expert in understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Expert in paid campaign management, data analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Excellent writing skills for email marketing, ads copy and social media caption
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
  • Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar on Asana
  • Create and optimize digital ads (Facebook, Pinterest and Google Ads)
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
  • Maintain company social media pages and profiles, (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok etc.), ensuring we are telling social stories consistently across our channels and supporting the team on local content productions
  • Track and analyze analytics report with Google GA4 to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Photo and video editing using adobe or other photo editing apps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
