Location: Santa Maria, CA

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This position is mostly remote. One day of week required in person at our Central Coast office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives and budgetary goals
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors in the construction industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and customers
• Create and execute successful campaigns across various marketing channels including email, social media, and print
• Manage the company's website and ensure it's up-to-date with relevant and engaging content
• Plan and execute events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services
• Analyze and report on the success of marketing campaigns using metrics and data to optimize future efforts
• Collaborate with pre-construction teams to ensure that leads are properly tracked and converted into clients
• Generate proposals for all negotiated work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Experience with event planning and execution
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Experience in generating proposals (experience in proposals for the public works construction sector a plus)
