We are searching for hard-working, personable medical assistants for our busy family practices in Interlochen, MI. As a part of our team, you will enjoy working directly with other healthcare staff to prepare patient exam rooms, start patient visits, review medical history, take vitals, update and maintain electronic medical records, assist with office procedures, problem solve with patients in person and over the phone and ensure timely follow through for orders, referrals and prior authorizations for our patients. Candidates should be detail orientated with a focus on quality and customer service and have computer skills. As these positions may float between multiple Crystal Lake Clinic locations, applicants must be dependable, have reliable transportation and have a willing attitude.
