Job Description:

• Handle customer appointments inquiries
• Work comfortably in a retail environment
• Provide customers with information about wireless products and services
• Resolve product issues and concerns - resources are given to help you!
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through on-going, paid training

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles desired, but NOT required
• Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize, and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• 18 years or older and able to commute to the Huntsville, AL Area
