At AmeriHome – We are expanding rapidly and are seeking strong support professionals within our Inside Sales department.
This position pays a competitive base plus monthly (un-capped!) sales incentive payout. Company benefits include a health plan, 401(k) program (with company match), and robust PTO and paid holiday package.
This Sales Opener has a natural career path into becoming an Inside Sales Loan Officer. We will train and prepare you for a lucrative and successful sales career with AmeriHome!
What we are looking for:
- Pipeline management of company provided leads for inside sales outreach to potential clients.
- Handling customer questions/requests
- Data entry for inputting customer loan information
- Manage customer refinance inquiries
- Generating potential interest in refinance opportunities.
- Customer follow up
What You Will Need:
- Prior customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)
- Prior experience in a sales driven environment
- Strong phone communication abilities
- Excellent time management/organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
What will really catch our eye:
- Prior mortgage experience (this is a great role for those with loan officer or junior loan officer experience)
- 2+ Years of experience making outbound sales calls
- Knowledge of Velocify or similar CRM tool(s)

- Product knowledge: Our representatives should thoroughly know the products or services they are selling and how to sell them with a focus on a customer’s demographics such as age, gender, belief et cetera.
- Customer service: Representatives should be good customer service workers who know how to deal with their potential customers. Customer service skills mean understanding customer needs and behaviors as well as responding appropriately to a customer’s questions or concerns.
Schedule
Monday to Friday – Regular business hours
Weekend (Saturday) availability needed on a volume driven basis
Compensation Information
Hourly pay is generally $20/hour in Irvine, CA. Hourly pay is determined by specific job location.
