We are seeking qualified Motor Coach Drivers to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Charter Driver, you will work under the General Manager's supervision and provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Picking passengers up at various locations throughout San Diego County and drop them off. Wait and return.
• Must be able to handle money.
• Greet passengers at the entrance door as they board and disembark the vehicle while ensuring that they are comfortable during the entire journey.
• Load and unload personal belongings from vehicle if necessary.
• Lawfully operate and handle vehicle within parameters needed to provide a safe and comfortable experience for passengers, themselves, the vehicle and others.
• Accurately detail all stops, services and changes to job. Turn in all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Drivers must use the onboard Electronic logging devices (ELD’s).
• Keep vehicle clean at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• May be requested to fulfill multiday trips with hotel provided.

Qualifications:

• Commercial Driver’s License Class A or Class B
• Passenger endorsement
• Airbrakes endorsement
• SPAB or School Bus certificate a plus
• Minimum 2 years driving charter bus
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background with no felony, DWI/DUI, controlled substance arrests or convictions; pre-employment drug screen; DOT physical and MVR check
• Must be able to successfully utilize GPS and electronic hours of service tracking technology
• Must be able to drive and work outside in all kinds of weather
• Ability to communicate by telephone, two-way radio and in person clearly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must speak fluent English in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner with supervisors, managers, customers, guests, co-workers, and all other persons.
