Job Description

Title: LTC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Harmony, MN

Salary: $25 to $30 per hour

Shift: 6a to 2:30p Every other weekend, every other holiday

Will be required to float (25mi apart) as needed

**COVID VACCINATED** (exemptions will be considered)

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
Assist with mobility and transfer of patients as needed
Respond to patient calls and requests promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Assist with medical procedures as directed by the nurse
Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings as required
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications:

Must have a valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
BLS CERT AHA
Will be required to float (25mi apart) as needed
2yrs CNA experience, 1yr in LTC
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
Basic computer skills
