Title: LTC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Harmony, MN

Salary: $25 to $30 per hour

Shift: 6a to 2:30p Every other weekend, every other holiday

Will be required to float (25mi apart) as needed

**COVID VACCINATED** (exemptions will be considered)

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist with mobility and transfer of patients as needed
• Respond to patient calls and requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Assist with medical procedures as directed by the nurse
• Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings as required
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
• BLS CERT AHA
• Will be required to float (25mi apart) as needed
• 2yrs CNA experience, 1yr in LTC
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
• Basic computer skills
