WHO WE ARE: The Lialc of Silver Palms - a 104 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Miami, FL is currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to come join our team!

As the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will play a fundamental role in helping guide and direct the operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility. To be most successful in the role of NHA you will have the ability to foster positive relationships with residents, all clinical & non-clinical staff, and resident family members.

NHA Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Give feedback as needed on how to potentially improve overall operations within the facility
• Supervise facility operations, coach and train staff as needed
• Appropriate delegation of responsibilities, while working closely with the (BOM) Business Office Manager
• Help evaluate performance of departments, maintain accountability across departments
• Knowledge of SNF procedures, laws & regulations, and general guidelines pertaining to LTC
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization
• Should feel comfortable as Leader within a TEAM environment
