The Operations Manager is responsible for creating high levels of client satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of their services. The Operations Manager will exceed established standards of performance through continuous process improvement, training, and development of employees. Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits:
· Base Salary $80,000-$100,000

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
· Manage employees, implement procedures, hold key personnel accountable.
· Responsible for helping to achieve company goals.
· Respond to property damage emergency calls when required.
· Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors.
· Establish and maintain client relationships.
· Attend or run appropriate company meetings.
· Handle all inquiries for the team and demonstrate a high level of problem-solving resolution and technical assistance.
· Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities.
Operations Manager Requirements:
· 7+ years’ experience within the restoration industry
· Construction industry experience is a plus
· At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
· Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high preforming teams.
· Excellent computer skills
· Knowledge of PSA and Xactimate (or similar estimating and accounting software
· Industry specific certifications are a plus.
· Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills.
· Ability to recognize and solve problems independently.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
