RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a skilled and flexible Operations Support Specialist. This is a full-time, in-office, salary position that reports to the Director of Operations and Projects. The position is a floating support role, with ever-changing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, accustomed to change, and able and willing to help with physical and/or technical tasks as needed.

On a regular basis, the right candidate will:

  • Facilities Support: such as loading/unloading, assembling desks/chairs, installing fixtures
  • Ops Support: such as learning & documenting processes, cross-training for flex support
  • DEV/IT Support: such as new Macbook setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, hardware cataloging
  • Learning tasks from any department in order to fill role/need gaps
  • Performing audits and data sweeps
  • Owning client cancellations, including client-facing communications to facilitate a smooth offboarding experience
  • Facilitating client suspensions
  • Domain renewals
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Unshaken by changing responsibilities and assignments
  • Willing and able to learn and apply new tasks/workflows
  • IT support experience
  • Familiar with web technologies
  • Adept with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Great attention to detail - This role often plays the auditor, and so needs to have self-quality-control enough to not need to be audited themselves
  • Should never say, "That's not my job." This particular job is the role that fills any job that needs to be done at that moment. Must be flexible, willing to pivot in the moment, and willing to take ownership of something for as long as the business needs.

Preferred Technical Skills & Experience

  • Mac support experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • A team player who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to customer satisfaction with the finished product.
  • Approaches each project with a balance of speed, attention to detail, flexibility, and openness to charge in order to accommodate the needs of the client.
